1. Currency of transaction

All transactions are in US Dollars and the value in other currency denomination is based on prevailing exchange rate

Tanyamaya offers free shipping to end users within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Free delivery does not apply to wholesalers / dealers and other Countries.

4. Paid Delivery

Shipping fees apply to all other countries other than Malaysia.
Your shipping fees are calculated based on the standard rates charged by our appointed logistics partner. Click here to find out rates.

5. Delivery period:

For orders within Malaysia and Singapore, we deliver within 7-15 calendar days (except Sundays & Public Holidays) upon finalizing the full payment,
For orders outside, Malaysia we deliver within 20 calendar days (except Sundays & Public Holidays).
Delivery will take a longer time during peak purchase period.

6. Defects, Return & Refund Policy

The company does not refund payment for products sold. Any products found defective will be replaced with a new item. Buyers should check the product carefully upon receipt of the product.
Any defective product are to be reported to Tanyamaya Customer Service within 24-48 hours (except Sundays & Public Holidays) after receiving the goods, thereafter will not be entertained.
A brief detail and an image of the defect as proof is required for the returned goods to be valid.
Buyers are responsible for shipping the defective product back to Tanyamaya at their own costs. Please take note that the return item(s) in original packaging needs to be returned to us within 14 calendar days.
A return process is successful after item has undergone an evaluation process.
An evaluation process may take 2-3 business days.
We will send you a notification once the evaluation is complete.
If the defect were found to be valid, Tanyamaya will replace the defective product with a new item and with free delivery within
7-15 days.
